These people are perfectionists.

In the past twenty years, they have painted our house more than once. Our home is one of the venerable late turn of the century wooden homes in the Houston Heights with so called drop siding. As professional people in the area, my husband, an AIA architect and I in Education, with a penchant for entertaining, we are particularly grateful for the quality of the work which the KC CONTRACTORS do. My husband has been happy to see that the contractor used very good paint. With excellent application, the paint holds up well, and the deep glow of the painted surface is rewarding.

On one occasion, the contractors painted walls, ceiling and woodwork inside a house which we own in Woodlands Heights after having done extensive repairs inside. The finished work was superb.

The integrity of Kelly Caddie is above question. He has done to the letter what ever he had agreed to do. The artistry of the painter at work is fascinating to observe. He can draw a more meticulously clean and straight bead of paint than most painters who would need outlining or tapping to do this. The Caddie’s will outline an agreement clearly and are ready to discus any question or concern as the work progresses. To people for whom the old and still true expression “His word is his bond” is important, as it is to us, Kelly Caddie is an embodiment of this expression.

Mr. Caddie’s pride in his work is reflected in the way in which he works the orderliness of his workplace and in careful attention to leave the worksite at the home utterly clean at the end of the job.
